My name is Chris Darrah and my approach to fitness is simple. I train so that I feel good in my skin and on any given day I can do whatever I want without my body holding me back. This is the same mentality I apply when working with my clients. The benefit of this approach is that you look fit and have the functional capacity that equates to a higher quality of life. I believe the key is finding a balance between effective resistance training, healthy nutrition, sensible cardio, and self-care. This allows the body to adapt efficiently in all the ways that matter.
