Deep Relaxation is one of the keys to true happiness and peace of mind and body. The human body and mind work more optimally when they are relaxed, stretched, and freed of stress. In James' experience, wanting to be able to relax, and having the ability to relax, can be two different things entirely. He believes that by regularly utilizing the gifts of practitioners to assist us in finding deep relaxation, healing and wellbeing, and by learning and practicing forms of meditation and yoga, that the mind and body are cleared or stress, feel better, and reset in the directions of harmony and health
