Purpose and consent workflow

The gym owner receives alerts about inquiries submitted at synergyfitnessvt.net/enquiry/. Alerts include the visitor’s name, contact details and question so the owner can follow up. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe a website visitor to text messages. This program does not send marketing texts.

The owner provides his designated mobile number privately and gives verbal consent to the person configuring the alerts. The setup representative has confirmed that the owner provided verbal consent. The script below documents the proposed standard consent wording; it is a sample, not a verbatim transcript of that conversation.

Do you agree to receive automated Synergy Fitness website inquiry alerts from PVMurray LLC at your designated mobile number? Alerts contain the visitor’s contact information and inquiry. Message frequency varies with incoming inquiries. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You can also contact pat@synergyfitnessvt.net. Enroll the recipient only after an affirmative “yes.” If the answer is “no,” do not enable alerts. Keep the actual consent date, recipient number, person collecting consent and affirmative response in a private business record.

Before activation, complete toll-free verification, configure delivery and verify STOP and HELP handling. Send the enrollment confirmation when messaging becomes available.

SMS program terms

This optional program is limited to internal inquiry notifications for the consenting gym owner. Messages will originate from (844) 398-7301. Frequency varies with website inquiries; message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance, or email pat@synergyfitnessvt.net. After an opt-out, do not resume alerts without renewed consent. Delivery depends on carrier availability and is not guaranteed.

SMS privacy

The recipient’s mobile number and consent record are used to administer the internal alert program and honor opt-out requests. Inquiry details are used to notify the owner and enable follow-up. Limit access to people and service providers needed to operate the program, including Twilio for SMS delivery.

Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process the data only as needed to deliver and support the alerts. Keep private consent records out of this public workflow page.
