Privacy Policy

Effective September 22, 2026

This policy explains how PVMurray LLC, doing business as Synergy Fitness, handles information through this website and inquiries sent to us. It does not replace membership agreements or the privacy notices of services you visit through our links.

Information you provide

Our inquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number, topic and message. We use information you send to answer your question and handle the related conversation. We do not add website inquiries to marketing email or text lists, sell inquiry details, or share them for other companies’ advertising.

Please do not include medical records, payment-card information, passwords or other sensitive details in an inquiry or in Ask Synergy. Membership payments are handled through the linked membership service, not this website’s inquiry form.

Ask Synergy and sending an inquiry

Ask Synergy provides preset answers in your browser. Its current question-and-answer feature does not send your conversation to an external AI service. If you choose “Ask Pat,” your question is temporarily stored in the current browser tab and carried into the inquiry form for you to review.

Submitting the form sends the entered details to this website’s inquiry endpoint. If online delivery is unavailable, the page offers a link to open a draft in your email application. Opening that draft does not send an email; you decide whether to send it. Email you send is processed by your email provider and ours.

Website operation and service providers

The website uses OpenAI’s Sites hosting and Cloudflare’s delivery and security services. These services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs, request times and security events to deliver and protect the website. Email providers process correspondence sent to or from us. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably needed to address fraud, abuse or security incidents.

Membership links take you to Mindbody. Directions and social links take you to Google Maps, Facebook or Instagram. Information you provide on those services is governed by their own notices and settings. Contacting a trainer or therapist through their direct email, phone or website also involves their own handling of that communication.

Cookies and browser storage

Cloudflare uses security cookies to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. The live site uses __cf_bm, which Cloudflare describes as expiring after 30 minutes of inactivity. Cloudflare may also use cf_clearance when a security check is performed; its duration depends on the security configuration. See Cloudflare’s cookie information.

The synergy-enquiry-question item is session storage, not an advertising cookie. It is created when you choose “Ask Pat” and removed when the inquiry page reads it. Questions older than 30 minutes are not copied into the form. Your browser normally clears session storage when the tab is closed.

The current site code does not include Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or advertising cookies. You can clear cookies and website storage through your browser settings. Blocking security or functional storage may affect security checks or the question-transfer feature; you can still contact us directly by phone or email.

Internal text alerts

We are setting up an owner-only inquiry alert service using Twilio. Once activated, it may send your inquiry details to the gym owner so he can respond. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to automated or marketing text messages. The owner’s mobile number and SMS consent information are not sold or shared for third-party marketing. Retention and your choices

Inquiry emails are kept in Pat’s inbox after a conversation ends. There is currently no fixed or automatic deletion schedule for that correspondence. Hosting and security records are subject to the relevant providers’ retention practices. You can contact Pat to request deletion of an inquiry.

You may ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop following up by contacting Pat below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Applicable legal obligations or legitimate recordkeeping needs may limit what can be deleted. Any additional rights and response requirements depend on the law that applies to your request.

No internet transmission, email service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

This website’s inquiry and guide features are not intended for children under 13. A parent or guardian should contact us on their behalf. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.

We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
